I have found Orion and SAM to be a very strong packages with regard to the software itself and the ongoing support.
The software is very user-friendly but with strong internal controls. This provides confidence in the integrity of reports.
There is an excellent selection of reports - both management-wise and operations-wise.
My experience has been that there is a good fit at all levels of the organisation - from the mechanic in the workshop to the managers and, of course, the accountants.
