SAM Support Centre manager, Raju Bhana, says from July 2009, SMS allowances will increase by an average of 12-13% in every pricing plan.
"Clients on the smaller plans will benefit most this time. For example a client with a monthly allowance of 150 messages will now have 175 for the same cost", says Bhana.
"Previous pricing reductions tended to favour the larger monthly plans so we restructured the pricing system to allow all clients to enjoy our negotiated wholesale discounts when we receive them", he adds.
All SAM software products feature a range of integrated SMS options at competitive prices. These include direct marketing, customer booking reminders, "vehicle ready" advisories, debtor contacts as well as communication with field staff.
